Position HighlightsThe University Marketing & Communications division at the University of Arizona is in search of a dynamic and versatile Marketing Coordinator. You will be an integral part of a data-driven Campus Brand Engagement team that supports enrollment marketing for Arizona Online and the Near You Network (the university's distance network). This role involves managing various projects from conception to completion with a focus on successfully launching new degree programs and assisting in the creation of traditional and digital marketing strategies to grow enrollment.With a focus on service, we strive to support our campus partners and their diverse needs. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with various colleges to support the onboarding of their new online and distance degree offerings. Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing projects:Collaborate with team members to manage and oversee various degree program marketing projects from their initiation to successful completionCoordinates scheduling and allocation of resources to support degree program marketing using division's project management software (Adobe Workfront), ensuring optimal utilization across various marketing projects and tasksRole will serve as support in the development of new program landing pages, paid and organic media assets for all new programs, and new program market researchReporting & Presentations:

Create presentationsProvide reports on marketing performance for college partners and ODCE leadershipCollate and format data, analytics and other marketing insights provided by the Marketing Manager, Colleges and Digital Marketing Specialist into formats appropriate for internal and external partnersCommunication & Collaboration:

Collaborate with both internal and external teams (interdepartmental), facilitating effective communication and teamwork to drive successful enrollment outcomesSupport the Director of Marketing, Arizona Online, Marketing Manager, Colleges, and Digital Marketing Specialist during marketing performance meetings with college partners and in ODCE team meetings related to Arizona Online and Near You Network marketing effortsAdministrative:

Assist in the handling of billing and invoicing related to the Arizona Online and Distance Education marketing budgetKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

Demonstrated project management capacity in the marketing, advertising or technology industryExcellent project management, coordination, organizational, communication, and follow-up skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to perform a wide variety of tasks under the pressure of deadlinesStrong motivation and drive to learn new systems and processesProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointEnthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere where roles continually adapt and evolveMinimum Qualifications
