THE ROLE:

We are looking for an energetic

Outbound and Content Marketing Program Management Leader

to drive marketing programs for the Adaptive & Embedded Computing Solutions Group (AECG) group (formerly Xilinx). The successful candidate will be an experienced marketing manager who will play a critical role in driving management of product launches and outbound marketing campaigns of Xilinx-AMD software and silicon platform products. The position will include 7 direct reports.

In this role you will be working in close co-ordination with product marketing, technical marketing and corporate marketing teams to drive effective, timely and successful outbound activities across our product lines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordination and tracking of product launches and campaigns, support outbound promotion of content and assets, ensure quality of all deliverables, and maintaining metrics for outbound activities.

THE PERSON:

This individual possesses unwavering customer focus, high attention to detail, the ability to assess the outbound quality of collateral and assets, and excellent communication skills both written and oral. Sound judgment and the ability to work as part of a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment is critical for success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns, product launches, and events including strategy, planning, execution and wrap-upsEngage closely with key marketing stakeholders: product marketing, product management, technical marketing, corporate marketing, vertical marketing and BUs to coordinate marketing activitiesDevelop and maintain 12-month marketing plans detailing customer collateral, web, video, press, and event details aligned to product line go-to-market strategiesDevelop of high-quality, engaging outbound content for products, including but not limited to the infographics, blogs, videos, and other outbound contentLead program management best-practices for content development including training product marketingResponsible for coordinating marketing claims and metrics with AMD legal teamManage a team of program managers to drive the campaign, product launches and eventsMust be able to communicate with all levels within the marketing organizations with excellent communication skills, both written and oralAbility to "look ahead" and predict issues before they develop and take necessary corrective actionsMotivated self-starter with ability to enlist key supportersPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Proven number of years of experience in marketing, general management, strategy, product operations or management consulting for Infrastructure/semiconductor/high-tech industryProven track record of leading highly-complex projects, working cross-functionally, and delivering results on time.Ability to define the path and lay out the vision for others to followDesire to solve problems and drive continuous improvementProven number years of People-management experience, developing new talent and recruiting industry expertsDeep knowledge of the semiconductor industryInternational business acumen with understanding of trade regulations, cultural norms, and operating processesACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Bachelor's degree in marketing / PR , engineering , or relevant experience

At AMD, your base pay is one part of your total rewards package. Your base pay will depend on where your skills, qualifications, experience, and location fit into the hiring range for the position.
