Description

We are seeking a creative and driven Youth & Event Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on enhancing engagement and participation in our family membership programs, summer camps, events, swim lessons, and related activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing with a passion for youth and family-oriented programs. This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to attract and retain participants across all age groups.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote family membership engagement, summer camps, events, swim lessons, and other youth programs.

Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, website updates, and blog posts.

Coordinate advertising campaigns across various channels (online, print, social media) to maximize outreach and participation.

Collaborate with internal teams to design promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, and banners.

Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for program growth and enhancement.

Manage the scheduling and logistics of events and programs, ensuring seamless execution and positive participant experiences.

Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, and other partners to expand outreach and foster collaborations.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts through metrics and analytics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in youth and family marketing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in marketing, particularly in youth or family-oriented programs/events.

Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media management, email marketing, content management systems).

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail.

Passion for youth development and community engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Canva or design.

Familiarity with CRM software and marketing analytics tools.

Position Requirements

Must be able to work some nights & weekends.
