Mungo Homes has a new opening for a Graphic Designer at our Corporate office in Irmo, SC!
This position is responsible for maintaining the brand of the company throughout all communications. Performs tasks as identified by the VP of Marketing, Director of Marketing, Digital Marketing Manager, the C-Suite, Region Presidents, and Market Presidents. Ensures that tasks are completed correctly, thoroughly and in timely manner with limited day to day supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (performs other duties as assigned)Uphold/Enforce Brand Standards across all company initiatives.Prepare PowerPoint Decks for Company Meetings as well as Departmental Summits and other meetings, as requested.Create the Graphics Suite for Company-wide Annual MeetingContribute to the Design of Certain Promotional ItemsMaintain a Pulse on Design Trends & Advancements in Software. Seek professional development opportunities, and attend seminars/conferences, as required.Prepare Floor Plan Cut Sheets.Innovative & Creative Flyer Creation: Promotions, Incentives, Invitations, etc.Innovative & Creative Ad Creation: Print, Digital, Outdoor, Direct Mail, etc.Manage billboard campaign in coordination with Marketing Managers, including monthly design updates, master spreadsheet update.Work with Land Development, when required, including entrance design, neighborhood theme, street sign design.Create Site Maps from CAD Files & Manage Upload to our Website via Kova & Builder Cloud.Create Community Logos.Create vicinity maps & overall market maps.Attend and participate in industry-related events as desired and approved.Understand the housing industry, including keeping up with trends, being aware of marketing efforts by competition

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Pdf Expert or similar softwareAbility to learn KOVA & Builder Cloud SoftwareInDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
