A position in the Marketing department at Lyons Magnus, an international food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Fresno, California. The position involves traditional marketing functions with the objective to successfully assist in developing, coordinating, and implementing the company's strategic marketing plan.

Salary Range:

$95,000 - $115,000 / Year + Bonus

Shift Time:

8:00 am - 5:00 pm or as needed

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Core Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the Company's goals and objectivesManage point of sale materials and custom marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and product sheetsCollaborate with sales team for strategic customer meetings/projectsPlan and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize future marketing strategiesMonitor perception and position of Lyons brand and product portfolioManage the development and design process of product labelsPrepare and present regular reports on marketing results and effectiveness to senior managementProvide design direction and collaborate with graphic designer throughout the entire creative processStay current with industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activitySupport sales team with food shows, conferences, and ad hoc needs as necessaryCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Commercial Operations, Research and Development, and RegulatoryRequirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

A proven track record of project management, exceptional organization, and time managementStrong communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teamsStrong writing skills exercising judgment in content, format, and grammarProficient in programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and eager to learn others, including SharePoint, Canva, Salesforce, PowerBISkilled at using various resources to recognize and summarize consumer trendsDemonstrated passion to "Get It Done" to delight our customers, consumers, and communitiesAccomplished collaborator with colleagues in a positive and constructive manner to maintain a professional relationship. Demonstrates courtesy, discretion, friendliness, diplomacy, and overall "One Team" mentalityEducation and/or Experience

A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in Marketing or Business AdministrationA minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in food and beverage manufacturing or food serviceAdditional Information
