About the Team
The mission of our Consumer Retention Marketing team is to build lasting relationships with our customers as soon as they engage by providing them with a personalized, cross-channel experience that delights them and drives them to return to find the products, merchants, and deals that are relevant to them.
About the Role
As a CRM Marketing Consultant New CX, you will be responsible for executing on programs to increase retention and engagement of our customers across email, push notifications and in-app messaging . In this role specifically, you will collaborate with our New Customer Experience team to execute CRM strategies that drive adoption of our products and increase the frequency that customers choose to order on our platform.

Build/launch complex lifecycle programs across CRM and in-app channels
Monitor/report on launched tests and existing lifecycle programs
Work with cross-functional partners to optimize existing programs - Support external business requests as it pertains to the new cx cohort
Manage end-to-end execution of in-app promotions and email campaigns. Includes driving the creative review process, collaborating with designers and copywriters, identifying target audience segments and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders
Set up and monitor complex journeys, triggers and automations with static and dynamic content
Create detailed customer journey flows with actionable trigger points to drive conversion and engagement
Analyze campaign results and create and share regular performance reports

6+ years’ Consumer focused experience in customer retention, email, or growth
Deep experience with CRM technology including ESPs, segmentation tools, and complex data structures and systems
B2C Experience
Experience working with internal testing platforms
Prior hands-on experience with Braze required.
Experience with Iterable is a strong plus
Start up experience is a plus
Strong analytical skills: able to create data-driven campaigns end to end
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Periscope, etc.
Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & ability to multi-task
Duration: 6+ month full time contract, expected to extend
Location: Remote – must be located in CST or EST time zones
Compensation: $45-53/hr. W2
