Interior Designer

urban are hiring for a leading multi-disciplinary design studio based in Miami ,seeking a talented and technical Interior Designer to join their growing team. Our client specialize in innovative, high-end commercial and residential projects, including hotels, restaurants, retail spaces, and private residences.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on schedule.Conduct image research, create mood boards, develop presentations in InDesign, build finish palettes, and illustrate designs in 2D and 3D.Work on diverse project types: hotels, commercial residential, F&B, and high-end private residential.Understand drawing sets, interior finish specifications, and FF&E specifications.Engage comfortably in client-facing interactions.Desired Experience:5-7 years of interior design experience, covering all project phases from concept to construction administration.Proficiency in space planning, furniture and material selections, product research, and detailing.Experience in designing and specifying custom furniture for residential and hospitality/commercial environments.Job Requirements:Degree in Architecture or Interior Design; LEED certification and NCIDQ are a plus.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, REVIT, and SketchUp.Must be based in Miami.Required to be in the office 1-3 times weekly, depending on project demands.Contribute to award-winning projects in a creative and collaborative environment.
