As the VP of Sales and Marketing, you'll be leading our sales (currently called account management) and marketing team to new heights. Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing sales and marketing campaigns, managing and coordinating the sales (more account management, not so sales-like currently) and marketing teams, and driving revenue growth for the company.We're looking for someone with a strong track record in both sales and marketing, who can bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table and a deep drive to grow the company. You should have excellent leadership skills, a knack for building and maintaining relationships with clients, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team to reach their full potential.At Real Thread, we take great pride in our super soft printed t-shirts and excellent customer service. As the VP of Sales and Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in spreading the word about our products and ensuring that our customers have the best experience possible and that they're also willing to share the word about their experience. You'll be responsible for driving sales, building brand awareness, and ultimately helping us grow and expand our reach.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market shareBuild and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance managementCollaborate with the executive team to define product pricing and positioning strategiesIdentify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on themAnalyze sales and marketing metrics to track performance and optimize strategiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partnersStay abreast of market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growthAbout Real ThreadReal Thread is an industry-leading custom t-shirt printer based in sunny Orlando, FL.
