Prego Expo hosts 3 virtual expos and 9 in-person expos around the country yearly.Job Description:As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving sales, marketing, and assist in coordinating events. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Sales

:Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.Track and report on sales performance metrics.Marketing

:Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns for events and sponsors.Maintaining and enhancing the company's brand image and reputation.Assist in managing online presence through social media and email marketing.Assist in measuring and analyzing the performance of marketing activities and campaigns.Assist in research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.Event Coordination:Assist in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of in-person and virtual events.Coordinate event logistics, including planning and maintaining exhibitor databases and details for each event.Work closely with marketing and communications teams to promote events.Handle event-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.Proven experience in salesProven experience in marketing and/or event coordination is a bonus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Email MarketingSocial media savvy.Willing to travel to 9+ events a year-RequiredCreative thinker with a keen eye for detail.How to Apply:If you are passionate about sales and events and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we would love to hear from you!
