CEOPosition Summary:The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of our design-build construction company. This role involves executing marketing campaigns, managing social media, coordinating events, and producing marketing materials to enhance the company's brand and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:1.

Marketing Campaigns:Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.Lead efforts to develop leads via search engine optimization and Google ads. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure effectiveness.Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.2.

Content Creation:Create engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, website, email newsletters, and print materials.Write and edit marketing materials, press releases, and promotional content.Coordinate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing content.3.

Social Media Management:Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments.4.

Event Coordination:Plan and coordinate company events, trade shows, and client meetings.Handle logistics, vendor relations, and promotional activities for events.Ensure events run smoothly and evaluate their success to inform future planning.5.

Market Research:Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.Compile and present findings to the marketing team and senior management.Utilize research to support the development of marketing strategies and initiatives.6.

Brand Management:Ensure consistent application of the company's brand guidelines across all marketing materials.Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity.Support rebranding initiatives as necessary.7.

Client Relations:Assist in the development and maintenance of client relationships.Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.Support the sales team with marketing materials and client communications.8.
