The TikTok App Ads and Gaming team is part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building advertising products for app and gaming clients on TikTok. Our vision is to make TikTok the leading platform for app and gaming marketers to acquire, retain and monetize users by building products that support unique vertical needs, new monetization models and different stages of the app lifecycle.

We are looking to bring a Senior Product Manager to lead scalable products for app ads sub-vertical clients to drive higher ROAS. The focus of this role will be to understand app sub-vertical market landscape and design solutions to help each sub-vertical achieve success in TikTok.

Responsibilities- Design product solutions to solve client problems and improve their ROAS- Thoroughly understand the market space, monetization models and advertising pain points of each sub-vertical within app ads including E-commerce platforms, Entertainment, Utility and Financial Technology- Develop a long-term product roadmap and work with cross-functional teams to execute on the roadmap- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive product development roadmaps, ensuring all aspects of the product development cycle including definition, prioritization, development, delivery, and support are done according to the development schedule

Qualifications

- BA/BS degree- 5+ years of product management experience in the ad monetization field with expertise in performance advertising- Fluency or native in Mandarin, for product launches and communication with stakeholders- Ability to work optimally within cross-functional teams while demonstrating business acumen, leadership, and flexibility- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills and be able to navigate complex/ambiguous situations with ease, working in a matrixed environment with stakeholders from different geographies and cultures- Advertising strategy design experience for mobile app clients; Experience building products for non-gaming app verticals, including but not limited to financial technology, entertainment, e-commerce platforms, and tools

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $204000 - $399600 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
