LHH is looking for a TikTok Creator Partnerships Manager to join our team and help us build strong relationships with creators, manage high-quality content, and drive our brand's presence on TikTok and other social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Outreach: Be a resourceful problem solver who prides themselves on creative, clever outreach to begin partnerships with new influencers in the industry
- Relationship Building: Source and build relationships with a consistent supply of 100s of creators for TikTok Shop and paid partnerships.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of 100s of creators, keeping them on schedule and ensuring their content aligns with our brand's voice and values.
- Content Direction: Understand what content performs well on TikTok to direct creators and their respective content.
- Content Management: Curate and manage high-quality content across all partnerships, ensuring it consistently reflects the brand’s voice and values.
- Paid Partnerships: Execute paid partnerships, including monitoring performance and optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Content Ideation: Ideate on content ideas and be able to write and communicate detailed content briefs to creator partners.
- Production Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end content production process.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain a talent database and track expenses to ensure budget alignment.
- Communication: Communicate with all creator partners, ensuring they adhere to correct terminology, timelines, etc.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed on cultural happenings, internet trends, and influencers to identify key marketing moments.
- Feedback and Revision: Revise and provide constructive feedback to influencers to enhance the quality and relevance of content.
- Invoice Verification: Verify and approve invoices, ensuring creators are compensated as per contractual agreements.
- Payment Management: Manage the payment process for influencers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Cross-Promotion: Leverage TikTok content across other platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) for a cohesive brand narrative.
- Live Shopping Events: Host interactive livestreams with influencers to showcase our products and offer direct purchase links.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in an influencer partnership role, with a deep understanding of TikTok influencer marketing.
- Analytics: Experience with analytics tools to measure and optimize content performance.
- TikTok Expertise: Experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok Seller, TikTok Affiliate.
- Culture: Positive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership and ability to drive work forward.
Skills:
- Social Media Management: 3+ years of experience managing social channels, preferably within the beauty or lifestyle industry.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- TikTok Best Practices: Excellent understanding of TikTok and best practices for content creation and engagement.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-Starter: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable working under tight timelines.
- Analytics Tools: Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Partnership Management: Experience working with influencers, content creators, and managing partnerships.
- Team Player: Strong team player with great communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, creators, and TikTok reps—ensuring clear communication, smooth execution, and shared success.
