As the

Product Marketing ContentManager

for Commerce, you will help their product team build a better billing system for the customers and collaborate with their go-to-market team to ensure a smooth delivery of each billing-related release. This includes learning about how their cloud customers interact withbilling/subscription management to help influence the product roadmap, champion the customer experience and drive release announcements as changes roll out. With the commitment to building a unified, advanced billing system for a cloud-first world, the future of client's cloud products has never been brighter. You’ll be an important part of the team to help them deliver both a customer-centric experience along with a platform that encourages product growth - ensuring a successful business transformation for all.

6 months contract with potential for extension depending on your performancePay Range:

$50/hr to $58/hr

Responsibilities:

Become the expert in your work stream - know your business, product, users, and competitors, and use this to help shape winning strategies and drive successful go-to-market campaignsCollaborate with Product teams to understand and prioritize the Commerce roadmap, and partner with UX teams to map out and improve the end-to-end customer experienceDevelop value proposition, positioning, and messaging founded on product truths and customer insights. Craft messaging to highlight the value add of new Commerce featuresWrite and present strategy docs, FAQs, and other content to educate multiple audiences on complex Commerce topicsWork with Go-To-Market counterparts to aid Sales and Partner teams with enablement resources ahead of releasesRoll out communications about plans, programs, and releases to internal teams, partners, and customersDeliver high-quality work on time by pushing on dependencies, driving alignment, and flagging risks promptlyTriage and work to resolve any billing-related issues, and escalate to leadership when neededSecure strong partnerships with Product Managers, Program Managers, and all cross-functional counterpartsQualifications:

3+ years of experience in

Product Marketing

or other related fieldsBachelor's Degree in a Business or Engineering-related field (MBA is a plus)Experience

working closely with Product Managersand engineers

to shape product outcomesStrong experience in

content writing, email conversations. messaging, product based writing

arerequiredExperience working across multiple

cross-functional teams

and driving timely deliverablesExperience being able to navigate through technology (learn new tools quickly), knowledge of slack and zoomProject management tools experience ( JIRA & Confluence )Experience communicating complex products and system transformations to a varied audienceExperience in triaging and resolving, and issues, incidents, and other escalationsStrong proficiency in writing, presenting, and story-tellingExcellent written and verbal communicationNever-ending customer, product, and business curiosityAble to work quickly in a fast paced environment, can work globally with lots of different personalities and with people from all over the world (diff cultures)Thank you!FocusKPI Hiring TeamFounded in 2010, FocusKPI, Inc.
