As the Brand Marketing Director, you will hold the pivotal role of leading and executing our strategic brand and program marketing plans with precision and finesse. This leadership position includes overseeing daily brand marketing operations as well as the planning and execution of new initiatives. If hired, you will be responsible for cultivating strategic relationships and ensuring the development of high-caliber, mission-driven campaigns.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.

5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with experience in nonprofits and/or in membership growth.

2+ years of experience in project management and developing and tracking budgets.

2+ years of experience managing teams and people.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Advanced professional judgment in collaborative work and decision making.

Experience leading positive team outcomes.

Advanced time management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external communications.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in project management software tools, data visualization tools, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Creative and dedicated individual who embraces a diverse and collaborative team.

Able and willing to complete online Child Abuse Prevention training on first day, and other online and in-person training as required.
