We are looking for talented, motivated and ambitious team members to revolutionize robotic surgery.About The Team:We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Manager of Communications and Brand to lead our marketing efforts for a revolutionary robotic imaging and diagnostic technology in the medical device industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand and communication strategies that elevate our brand presence, drive market adoption, and position our technology as a leader in robotic imaging and diagnostics. :Brand Strategy and Positioning:Develop and execute strategic brand plans to establish our robotic imaging and diagnostic technology as a trusted and preferred solution for the medical communityConduct market research and analysis to identify key insights and competitive positioning opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.Monitor industry trends and regulatory landscape to refine brand positioning and messaging strategies.Messaging and Content Development:Craft compelling brand messaging that communicates the clinical benefits and differentiation of our robotic imaging and diagnostic technology.Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, whitepapers, and educational materials.Collaborate with clinical experts and key opinion leaders to develop clinically relevant content that resonates with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.Lead the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, product sheets, sales presentations, and educational materials.Ensure all collateral materials are compliant with regulatory requirements and effectively communicate key messages and value propositions.Manage the production process from concept to delivery, including coordination with internal teams and external vendors.Digital Marketing and Online Presence:Oversee the development and optimization of our digital marketing channels, including website content, video content, and social media platforms.Drive engagement and lead generation through targeted digital campaigns, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and user engagement data to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.PR and Thought Leadership:Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership in the medical device industry.Cultivate relationships with media contacts, industry influencers, and key opinion leaders to secure media coverage and speaking opportunities.Collaborate with clinical partners and research institutions to generate compelling data and evidence supporting the clinical efficacy of our technology.About You:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or related roles within the medical device or healthcare industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and communication strategies in a highly regulated environment.Strong understanding of medical device marketing principles, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging.Experience managing digital marketing channels, including website management, content creation, and social media marketing.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, including clinical experts and regulatory agencies.Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital marketing tools/platforms.Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% of the timeWorkplace Type:
