TelevisaUnivision has partnered with Liga MX – the most-watched soccer league in the US – to bring their global commercial rights to market. Via this relationship, we are a one-stop shop to provide brands with access to the league’s massive fan base through IP-driven media, experiential assets, and more.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager. In this role, you will help executing sponsors’ activations, including the fulfillment of linear, digital and social media, and marketing assets, as well as rights to live event activations, on-site branding, and IP.

This position’s strong knowledge of the sports sponsorship landscape across media, teams and leagues will help shape the TelevisaUnivision Sports value proposition and offering.

Your Day to Day

Ensure delivery of assets outlined in partner contracts, including the day-to-day delivery and execution of partner marketing assets (media, TV-visible signage, experiential, brand activations hospitality, and promotions)Partner with internal stakeholders across Production, Sales, Partner Solutions, Social, etc. to ensure alignment on client expectations.Maintain and grow relationships with key client and agency stakeholders.Represent Sports Sponsorships’ interests in internal meetings.Support creative approval of all partner assets, ensuring submissions are brand compliant, in-line with contractual guidelines, and on-time given established action plan.Effectively present information to sponsors and internal stakeholders.Act as the voice of the client – communicating client needs internally to develop multi-platform custom programs that solve for client’s goals.Ideate around new marketing assets and platforms to strategically elevate TelevisaUnivision’s sponsorship offering.Serve as team expert across assigned sports properties including managing all materials and keeping all information current.

You Have

Bachelor’s Degree Required. Advanced degree preferred.6+ years of professional sponsorship experience in a sport and/or entertainment partnership marketing environment; experience working in a client-facing role within a media company or advertising agency with exposure to integrations in network, digital, IP and live events preferred.Ability to navigate and collaborate with counterparts in other functional areas including but not limited to Marketing, Production, Media, Social-Digital, Club Services, Experiential, Consumer Products, Legal, and Finance.Highly organized with excellent project coordination and project management skills including detailed-oriented with an established ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.Strong event planning and execution skills, with the ability to problem solve and move quickly between projects.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.High proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, with expertise in PowerPoint.Ability to travel and to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Understanding of the North American sponsorship landscape and how brands use sponsorships to meet business objectives.Knowledge of sports media landscape - with special emphasis on soccer eco system across all platforms – in particular Liga Mx.Spanish fluency and/or multi-cultural experience preferred.Must be willing to work from the Miami office location (3 Days/week).Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis.Ability to travel 10% to attend client meetings and production efforts.
