Role Description

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Financial Services you will drive the GTM strategy for the Financial Services industry. You will be responsible for deeply understanding our target industry audience and buyers, messaging and positioning our products effectively, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure we are hitting our business goals for the Financial Services industry.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive GTM plans that build awareness, drive growth, and win market share.Serve as SOCi’s subject matter expert on the Financial Services industry, including speaking engagements, customer calls, and analyst briefings.Conduct market research to understand industry-specific customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.Define target customer segments and develop compelling messaging and positioning for each segment.Create marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, presentations, product demos, and customer-facing content.Collaborate with the product management team to influence product development decisions and ensure alignment with market and FSI team needs.Work closely with our Financial Services sales team to develop effective sales tools and training programs.Plan and execute GTM launches, including coordinating cross-functional teams to launch products, run campaigns and sales plays, determine events strategy, and create market momentum.Analyze key metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS/FinServ space.Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM and product marketing strategies.Comfortable with working in an agile environment and managing many stakeholders together.Strong understanding of value selling, audience segmentation, and product messaging and positioning.Stellar storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
