Want to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.About Your Role:Affinity Solutions is seeking a dynamic Associate Director of Product Marketing, to join our marketing team and play a crucial role in positioning our products and solutions in the market. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Communications, this individual will be instrumental in creating and distributing promotional materials for key products and partnerships. This individual will have an in-depth understanding of target audience needs and relevant product features to develop and execute marketing strategies that clearly articulate the value and benefits of our solutions to key audiences.Your Contributions:Product Positioning: Develop compelling messaging and positioning for our products that differentiate them in the market, resonate with target customers, and communicate the value proposition.Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute go-to-market strategies, including launch plans, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns, to achieve product adoption and revenue goals.Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.Content Development: Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and product teams to create high-impact marketing materials, including product one-sheets, case studies, digital content, and sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition.Sales Enablement: Equip the commercial team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell product, including competitive insights, value propositions, and key messages.Performance Measurement: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to meet business objectives.Your Qualifications:8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in financial services, marketing, and/or ad techProven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and go-to-market plansExceptional written and verbal communication skills, including some copywritingStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategiesExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authorityCreative thinker, with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and translate complex product information into clear, concise messagingEntrepreneurial spirit: Willing to roll up your sleeves and drive new initiatives forwardSkilled in creative problem solving, applying experience and critical thinking to deliver solutions and resultsFamiliar with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferredSalary Range: $125,000 – $150,000Office Hours: 9am - 5:30pmBenefits:As a full-time member of Affinity Solutions’ team, your benefits will begin on the first of the month following your date of employment, with a generous Affinity Solutions contribution for medical, dental, and vision.
