We are looking for a Product Marketing Director to help drive the go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution for Output's upcoming product launches. You will help Output build a deeper understanding of our current and future audiences, develop research and data-driven marketing strategies to drive subscription revenue and partner closely with cross-functional teams to successfully launch and nurture new products. Most importantly, we're looking for a team player and a leader. To be effective in this role, the Product Marketing Director will have the personal drive and enthusiasm to navigate a growing company in an evolving marketplace successfully.

How you'll add value:

Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for a range of new product launches, working closely with teams across product, analytics, marketing, design, and finance.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product positioning.Influence product strategy roadmaps by representing the voice of the customerCollaborate with the product team to define and communicate product positioning and key benefits to different customer segments.Oversee the development and execution of marketing initiatives alongside marketing teams (brand, growth, creative) to generate awareness and demand for our products.Partner with product teams to identify product-led growth opportunitiesMeasure and analyze the success of product marketing initiatives and refine strategies based on data and results.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

8-10 years of experience in driving go-to-market strategies at a hyper-growth consumer technology company; experience in music not required but a strong plusStrong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail to manage complex product launches.Proven experience working across multiple marketing channels and the ability to adapt strategies to various platforms.Excellent cross-functional collaborator with strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to think strategically and execute with a results-driven mindset.Detail-oriented, innovative, and resourcefulData-driven and customer-obsessed mentality

This role is open to candidates in Los Angeles, Seattle, Denver and New York with a preference for candidates in San FranciscoIn accordance with California law, the base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $200,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by lawApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basisOutput is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
