About the RoleThe Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead at the intersection of technology and global communication. This pivotal role involves crafting marketing strategies that highlight the company's innovative edge and resonate with global audiences. The successful candidate will define, drive, and deliver marketing KPIs, take responsibility for the annual marketing plan and strategy, lead marketing forecasting and planning, manage execution across functions, and ensure sufficient internal communication. Additionally, the VP of Marketing will stay ahead of industry trends, refine product positioning, and support HR and Recruiting functions by showcasing the company culture and forecasting hiring needs for the marketing department.Applicants for this role should have senior-level experience in marketing for a fast-growing AI company, at least 5 years in executive or managerial capacities, or equivalent entrepreneurship roles, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate will be a leader with a performance-driven, proactive, and results-driven approach, possessing clear, concise, and compelling communication skills. They should be strategic, detail-oriented, and have a process-oriented, data-driven approach to marketing.
