10+ years of experience in developing and directing growth/demand generation marketing initiatives

Demonstrated ability to approach business challenges with creativity, innovation, and a results-oriented mindset

Have an experimental mindset and run tests regularly

Hands-on experience in digital channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SEM, and Display

Hands-on experience with email marketing both acquisition and lifecycle

Proven track record of driving and scaling pipeline generation in fast-paced environments

Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to both internal and external stakeholders

Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a focus on team development, scalability, and achieving organizational goals

Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies and project prioritization in deadline-driven environments

Commitment to fostering transparency, communication, and fiscal responsibility within the organization

Demonstrated success supporting BDR and Sales functions

Proficiency in Hubspot, SFDC

Nice to have: experience managing an SDR organization

Your responsibilities

As the Director of Growth Marketing at Census, you will play a pivotal role in steering our revenue operations team, email marketing, and overseeing paid search and paid social strategies

Take ownership of digital, email and event marketing channels and pipeline generation for the NAMER and EMEA markets

Define and meticulously track KPIs and performance metrics, swiftly iterating strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness and achieve aggressive pipeline goals

Drive efficiency in budget allocation and program performance by evaluating campaign ROI and adjusting tactics as necessary

Spearhead strategic initiatives to align our go-to-market approach, fostering collaboration across teams and establishing streamlined processes for maximum efficiency

Expand the influence and scope of the Growth Marketing team, fostering a culture of discipline, best practices, and consistency to drive scalability

Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse and high-performing team to execute growth initiatives with excellence

Compensation
