Hours: Full-time, 40+ hours per week.
Location: Beddy's offices; 5491 Hammerfest Dr. #201 South Jordan, UT 84009. Must live in Utah. This position is required to be in the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Work remote on Mondays and Fridays.
Pay: Dependent upon experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
Consult with Sr. Director, Brand Management and Sr. Graphic Designer/Creative Lead to create compelling and engaging designs that reflect the brandTake direction from written and spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, templates, and other designsContribute/design aesthetics for the company, including marketing campaigns, social media content, and website design.Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience to create cohesive, brand-specific collateralEnsure a cohesive brand image throughout all collateralTake work from concept to final execution within deadlinesImplement and monitor brand and style guidelinesQUALIFICATIONS
Hustle and exceptional work ethic are a must2+ years in professional graphic designProficient experience with InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopUnderstanding of file preparation and basic HTML & CSS languagesAdaptive design eye and skillAbility to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peersExcellent communication skillsStrong visualization and mock-up skills are necessaryAbility to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
