This position is responsible for administrative and operational support of the Marketing & Community Relations Department.

This position works on-site at our Corporate Office in Redwood City, CA.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serves as an initial point of contact for marketing requests and questions. Tracks and ensures requests through the MarketingRequest portal meet established and agreed upon deliverable dates frequently reminding assignees of the task and providing the completed item to the requestor.Conducts general administrative duties, such as:

Maintains general files and marketing supply inventory and storage space, (including both office support and merchandising material)Coordinates schedules (which may include company sponsored events and staff participation opportunities)Processes departmental mailMaintenance of marketing display materials (e.g. acrylic sign holders and displays as well as campaign related premium/give-away items)

Maintains expense tracking budget and coordinates payment of invoices while monitoring overall vendor financial obligations and status; reports budget status as needed to management.Publishes and distributes marketing communications to staff.Monitors, updates, and produces new promotional materials, including print-on-demand flyers, inserts, posters, and other materials as needed.Coordinates messaging and distribution of content across a variety of Marketing channels, including but not limited to statements, in branch displays, mail, ATM, Yelp and Google for Business as well as email.Gathers, delivers, and reviews website updates as well as works with other departments to complete the updates within an agreed upon timeframe.Ensures the correct publication and targeting of statement messaging and inserts.Assists in the organization and fulfillment of event production materials.Assembles information/promotional packets as directed.Coordinates delivery to branch locations as well as conducts visits to branch locations in order to deploy marketing materials, coordinate events and audit existing materials on display.Coordinates and ensures the online Marketing file structure is maintained and consistent.Oversees the Intranet content for the Marketing department.Provides day-to-day support to team members.Performs other work-related duties as assigned.Provides service that aligns with the Credit Union's mission of passionately delivering relevant products, services, and education tailored to help our members, employees, and communities achieve their financial goals.Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and laws enforced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control.PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Qualifications

Must possess strong organization, interpersonal, time management and communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to consistently maintain high levels of thoroughness and accuracy.Experience working with Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Powerpoint.Able to multi-task a large number of projects effectively, while adhering to deadlines.Ability to interface with all levels of personnel within the organization.
