Job Description
Role:
Responsible for in-house marketing production assignments. Tasked with leading the marketing team in execution of marketing tasks in an Architectural Engineering Office.
Will contribute and assist with producing marketing submittals for customers. Will coordinate with consultant team members in obtaining information for the marketing submittals. Will perform quality assurance checks on the marketing packages prior to release.
Production will include the creation of SF 330 Architect Engineering and marketing packages.
This individual will directly report and work closely with office manager and existing marketing staff.
Work Experience:
Desired 0-5 years of experience working in a marketing role. Recent graduates with the right drive and motivation to perform are encouraged to apply.
KSA:
Strong skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, InDesign preferred with Photoshop a plus. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in those software packages. Ability to communicate on all levels in the organization. Due to the nature of the work and short turn around schedules requested by the firm’s clients, desired person will exhibit strong organizational skills and flexibility to complete all necessary assignments.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or a business related field.
