Job Title Marketing Product Manager (Cambridge, MA or Colorado Springs, Colorado) Job Description

The Portfolio Product Manager will serve a key role in working with all clusters and markets within Philips to manage products, equipment, services, and third-party relationships that benefit the physician and hospital customer in the US. This portfolio is crucial to the success of the team. In addition, the Portfolio Product Manager will assist in market research, data analytics, business modeling, and communication tools to further the goals of Philips’ solution-based approach to meeting customer needs.Your role:Management of existing Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)/Office Based Lab (OBL) Portfolio and maintenance of existing bundles, configurations, pricing, & catalog in conjunction with market organizations.Supporting launches of new products and services into the procedural solutions market in North America and supporting tradeshows throughout the year.Partnering with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of products and services into the portfolio.Managing upstream portfolio addition process and launching products into the S/S Portfolio.Partnering with SymphonySuite Marketing team to develop programs that capitalize on our equipment, devices, and services providing a true solutions sales and relationship for our customer.Providing sales support to sales team on pricing and product

management

and managing pricing approvals with VP of Sales.You're the right fit if:You have a Bachelor’s Degree.You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in B2B product marketing management. Medical Device/General Equipment within a healthcare capacity strongly preferred.Your skills include collaboration, negotiation, conflict resolution, computer competency including Excel, Word and PowerPoint programs is required in addition to demonstrated ability to learn process management systems such as Agile, Concur, Salesforce.com, Apptus, Qlikview.You have the ability to build strong relationships across a wide spectrum of internal and external parties, travel at least 1x per month and based on business determined needs and you’re highly versatile, proven and accomplished Product Manager who can work in a highly matrixed environment to lead the management and integration of equipment and service offerings in the USA and expand to global markets.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
