What you'll do
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic product roadmap, seeking to optimize value delivery to customers (current and future) and to Pismo.
Understand our market, including regulatory aspects, trends, benchmarks, competitive landscape, and customer needs, to drive innovation and ensure that our platform remains at the forefront of the industry.
Oversee with the PMs the end-to-end product life cycle, from ideation to launch, customer support, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Work with the Product Managers to prioritize and manage the product evolution backlog.
Work closely with engineering teams to guide the development of robust, secure, and scalable solutions.
Collaborate with pre-sales and sales teams, providing technical expertise to drive successful product demonstrations and client engagements.
Manage budgetary aspects of product development, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Lead by example and provide constructive feedback, inspiring team members to achieve excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with alternative payment methods (ex.: FedNow, RTP, Zelle, Venmo, FPS, SEPA, BACS, "On-us", digital wallets, "pay-by-bank") and core banking platforms (current/checking accounts), staying abreast of industry trends.
Strong technical background with a track record of successfully managing complex, API-driven products
Great communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and make informed decisions
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry and technological landscape.
