This manager will be responsible for the management and support of maintenance and administrative staff including, ensuring smooth operations, managing regular interaction with and support of Board of Directors, homeowners, vendors, meeting attendance, budget preparation, and overall community business management. The ideal candidate should possess: 5+ Years of HOA Management ExperienceCAI Certification (Preferred)Strong leadership skillsGreat communication skillsGreat Part-Time Opportunity - 20 Hours/Weekly Qualifications: Previous experience as a Community Manager of a similar onsite resort-style HOA communityBachelors Degree (preferred not required)Outstanding written and verbal communication skills requiredUnderstands and can operate technology programs such as Zoom, Go to MeetingHOA Management Credentials (preferred not required)Supervisory skillsResponsibilities: Efficient and professional oversight of daily operationsBuild rapport with the BoardStaff supervisionMaintain working knowledge of all applicable State and Federal Regulations about the AssociationImplements Board(s) policy and directives within the scope of the management contractAttend Board of Director and committee meetings as neededSubmit your application and become a part of our team APPLY TODAY!
