What You'll Do

Our team is growing and we are searching for a

Digital Graphic Designer

to join our US Marketing department. You will be instrumental in delivering eCommerce support tools and direct response ads to drive marketing initiatives and innovation. You are a deadline-driven, creative collaborator with a strong understanding of the eCommerce channel and mobile design principles to assist the lead designer in storytelling and visual updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Collaborate with the eCommerce teams to create and update key visuals.

Assist lead designer in eCommerce campaign development.

Support design team across B2B and B2C channels.

Support video producer with graphics and video editing as needed.

Translate global campaign concepts into various formats while preserving the original narrative.

Conceptualize, create, and deliver design solutions across branded materials.

Maintain and enhance the brand aesthetic across digital touchpoints.

Work within tight timelines, consistently delivering accurate and consistent creative.

Ensure graphics align with the brand vision.

What You'll Need

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, marketing, or related field

3-5 years

of graphic design experience in eCommerce or related fields

Proficiency in digital design and Adobe Creative Suite

Familiarity with motion graphics for light text/image GIFs

Experience with 3D rendering and video editing is

a plus

Familiarity with project management software like Wrike

preferred

Key Skills and Abilities:

Strong initiative and self-motivation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Image manipulation, retouch, and color correction abilities are advantageous.

Collaborative team player with creative contributions.

Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

The expected base salary for this position is

$68,000-$70,000

. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.
