What You'll Do

Submit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.Reporting to the Manager for Interior Design, you will:Plan, coordinate and carry out comprehensive and long-range programs for improvement of theinterior environment of major areas, primarily renovation of large complex buildings.Establish standards for building complexes which include furniture, graphics, signing, flooring andpaints. Recommend priorities to various building project directors and committees regarding facilities,appearance and design.Coordinate the interior finishes and fixes equipment with the construction contractor, retainedarchitect, and/or AEC project director.Prepare conceptual layouts for architects' and building committees' approval. Prepare building colorschedules, final furnishing layouts, materials presentation, models, working drawings, and renderingsas necessary.Be responsible for specification of items which meet state and federal fire and health codes.

Skills You HaveBachelor's degree in interior design.Minimum of 5 years of commercial interior design experience.National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ).System furniture experience.Proficient in AutoCAD, CAP, and Microsoft Office software.Must be able to analyze, compare and evaluate various courses of action and make independent decisions on matters pertaining to assigned projects within scope of responsibility, free from immediate supervision.Must be diligent and accurate in developing original work product.

Desired Qualifications*Experience using Revit software.
