We are seeking a highly skilled, dynamic and driven Operations Lead and Project Manager to join our Corporate Communications and Investor Relations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management within an integrated communications team environment and bring a deep understanding of strategic communications planning. The role will lead overall team operations and effectiveness and serve as a key partner to the VP of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations, and Heads of Internal and External Communications.
Apply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below.Roles and Responsibilities:Deliver project management to the Corporate Communications and Investor Relations team's most high-impact, strategic projects (launches, data readouts, announcements, events, etc.), ensuring alignment with stakeholders, timelines, deliverables and budgets
Manage overall team budget and finance processes
Oversee company-wide internal SharePoint site and lead its Content Owners Council
Serve as primary partner to internal IT team to support company-wide communication and collaboration
Support the distribution of company-wide email communications and press releases
Support updates and maintenance of the corporate website
Identify and implement analytics and metrics to track performance and inform strategies
Plan, organize, and facilitate team meetings to ensure productive outcomes by preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up actions as needed
Implement and manage tools, systems and processes that enhance team effectiveness
Support overall team effectiveness by providing ideas for process improvement, insights and recommendations based on industry trends and best practices
Education, Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in project management
Have worked with or in a Corporate Communications team or Communications agency environment, healthcare and/or biotech experience preferred
Proficiency with SharePoint, campaign management and project management tools
Strong understanding of budget management and financial oversight
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Strong analytical skills and experience with website analytics tools
Knowledge of strategic communications planning processes
Technical acumen to support IT-related projects and enhancements related to communications and collaboration
