Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our Project Control team in
San Antonio, TX
(remote option avaible). The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating, managing and creating content for our social media channels, website, intranet, and other marketing platforms. This includes graphic design, video production, photography, and the development of marketing collateral that aligns with our brand standards, and assisting with corporate marketing initiatives and special projects, as stated below. Other Responsibilities include:Design and create marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.Provide graphic design support for various projects, including proposals, company templates, and related marketing materials, working within our brand standards.Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.Produce high-quality video content, including scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production.Capture professional-quality photos for use in marketing materials, social media, and the company website.Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and optimal SEO performance.Develop, update, and maintain intranet content, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible to employees.Ensure that information is communicated clearly, accurately, and in a visually appealing manner and in alignment with the firm's brand and messaging guidelines.Assist in coordinating marketing activities, such as sponsorships, award submissions, and events that align with our objectives and increase our brand visibility.Provide marketing research for overall market/office strategy, as well as for individual clients and pursuits.Self-review all work for accuracy and quality of content.Provide peer review and oversight for accuracy and quality and content.Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited four-year college required.Minimum of three (3) years of general marketing or other communication-related position and (3) years of experience with graphic design, video production, and photography.Possess valid Texas driver's license and meet company's auto insurability requirements.Must possess good time management skills and the ability to balance short-term deadlines against long-term goals. Good oral and written communications skills and ability to work in teams at different levels within the organization. General knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects) or capable of learning this software. Cosential and Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).The following physical activities described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
