As Senior Manager, Content Marketing, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Content Marketing team reporting to Director, Global Content Marketing, you will work on projects including fostering our Brand Platform, Hilton. For the Stay., define Hilton’s visual design identity to reflect the platform, support marketing initiatives across brand management, identity, conferences and events, communications, innovation, etc. to amplify our platform.

How You Will Make An Impact

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like

Manage the evolution of Hilton’s brand identity, differentiating our brand and amplifying our brand platform, Hilton. For the Stay.Develop a communications plan for the brand identity and assist in the global roll-out.Support the strategic planning and development of special events, conferences, activations, etc. to ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints.

How You Will Collaborate With Others

Build strong relationships with our teams and agency partnersSupport teams to ensure brand identity. is consistent across all touchpoints, events, activations, channels, marketing, and communications.Collaborate across teams to create impactful and on-brand conference and event experiences.

What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of

Lead development of brand identity guidelines with internal and external agencies.Support the ongoing management and branding of our brand assets.Manage the governance and education of our brand identity across the organization.Lead the development of internal and external branding needs (presentations, conference materials, team all-hands, trailers, etc.)Develop, launch, and execute special projects that support priority business objectives.Manage the budget for the brand identity roll-out.

You Have These Minimum Qualifications

Seven (7) years of work experience in Marketing or AdvertisingFive (5) years in brand identity and management experienceExperience managing budgets, project plans, and timelinesExperience supporting global branding and campaignsTravel up to 25%

Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.Experience managing agency partners.

The annual salary range for this role is $85,000-$120,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
