We also have international offices in Montreal, Canada, and Zurich, Switzerland, and are expanding across Europe.The International Director, Marketing will support the development of a late-stage commercial asset, Acoramidis, for ATTR-cardiomyopathy, as well as other late-stage pipeline assets. The International Director, Marketing will drive cross-functional collaboration and tactical alignment, across the globe. This individual will lead the global strategic engagement with the EU and expansion in ROW territories. This person will play a lead strategic role on commercial product teams and work closely with Market Insights, Development, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and other key stakeholders and should feel at home in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, leadership, and a proven ability to influence across the organization. The International Director, Marketing will report to the Sr. Vice President, Marketing.Responsibilities

Serve as the commercial representative on the International Expansion TeamAct as marketing lead for the ROW team and alliance partnersEnsure coordination and communication of global strategy and tacticsSupport the development of global brand strategy, identifying opportunities and critical issues that can impact pipeline assetsDevelop insights on the external environment, including the competitive landscape, payer/reimbursement requirements, and unmet medical needsHelp identify and support the development of key opinion leadersComplete ROW market opportunity assessments and make recommendations on future expansion and asset indications/label expansionsDevelop and track metrics to measure and ensure the success of marketing/promotional programsDrive innovative approaches and address untapped opportunitiesPartner with Medical Affairs on publication planning and medical education strategiesPartner with Value and Access to help develop the value proposition and access/ reimbursement strategiesPresent business updates to the Senior Team and partner with regional teams to ensure diverse commercial insights are brought into the planning processNo matter your role at BridgeBio, successful team members are:Patient Champions, who put patients first and uphold strict ethical standardsEntrepreneurial Operators, who drive toward practical solutions and have an ownership mindsetTruth Seekers, who are detailed, rational, and humble problem solversIndividuals Who Inspire Excellence in themselves and those around themHigh-quality executors, who execute against goals and milestones with quality, precision, and speedEducation, Experience & Skills Requirements

10+ years of commercial biotech or pharmaceutical experience, with at least six years in MarketingSuccessful international launch experience in a competitive market preferredDemonstrated ability to develop actionable insights from complex clinical data and market researchUnderstanding of the drug development process, especially regarding opportunities for differentiation and value demonstrationStrong leadership skills and ability to influence functional stakeholders to set direction, align work efforts, and ensure outstanding executionExcellent oral, written, and presentation skillsCardiovascular experience preferredGlobal marketing experience preferredAbility to travel (~20%) is requiredKey AttributesPassionate about serving patients suffering from rare genetic diseasesHigh-level strategic thinking, with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable marketing strategyProven self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a teamAble to handle full workload across multiple projectsCollaborates seamlessly across functions to build effective working relationships and align on strategy and execution.High level of self-awareness and understanding of the importance of self-monitoring behavior for continuous improvementTrue entrepreneurial spirit – BridgeBio was built to do things differently and address the needs of underserved populations, driven by science and unrelenting passion for patientsWhat We Offer
