We also have international offices in Montreal, Canada, and Zurich, Switzerland, and are expanding across Europe.BridgeBio is looking for a Sr. Manager/Associate Director, Market Access Marketing to support the tactical execution of the Market Access strategies for all of BridgeBio’s portfolio of Commercialized assets. This encompasses all aspects of Market Access Marketing: payer accounts, patient support services, pricing and contracting, trade and distribution, and field reimbursement. This individual will play a critical role in pull through of Market Access Strategies by leading the development of all supporting Market Access collateral, such as payer value presentations, journal ads, patient support services education material, websites, and internal training pieces.Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive market access strategies in coordination with Market Access leaders and brand leaders to achieve market access objectives and goalsServe as the market access marketing lead responsible for all Market Access marketing tactics, including but not limited to payer value proposition, payer communications, patient services, field reimbursement support, trade and distribution, and pricing and reimbursement supportDevelop and update payer value proposition to engage payer customers in their decision-making based on clinical and economic valueWork with the patient services team closely to establish and deliver strong patient support messages to patients, HCPs, and office practice managersLead creative and updates to patient services websites through the product lifecycleDrive review of key market access marketing materials through the medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) or promotional review committee (PRC) review and approval processOversee and manage agency partner relationships, day-to-day activities, and related expense budgetsDrive effective and efficient cross-functional collaboration and alignment with partners, including but not limited to Market Access, Marketing, Medical, Analytics, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Sales, and TrainingInterface and present to senior leadership on Market Access marketing updatesLead customer value partnership opportunities in collaboration with external-facing teams such as MedicalContribute to and foster a collaborative and supportive team cultureNo matter your role at BridgeBio, successful team members are:Patient Champions, who put patients first and uphold strict ethical standardsEntrepreneurial Operators, who drive toward practical solutions and have an ownership mindsetTruth Seekers, who are detailed, rational, and humble problem solversIndividuals Who Inspire Excellence in themselves and those around themHigh-quality executors, who execute against goals and milestones with quality, precision, and speedEducation, Experience & Skills Requirements

Minimum of 8-10 years of Biotech/Pharma experienceStrong US Market Access experience required, in particular, experience working closely with the market access team, payer marketing, and patient support programsRare Disease experience preferredTrack record of developing successful marketing campaignsExperience working with marketing agency partnersStrong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skillsOperational knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment in pharma industryDemonstrated project management skillsConsistently delivers high-quality results under tight timelinesProven self-starter; ability and eagerness to work independently, to work under pressure, and to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneouslyCollaborates effortlessly to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships to align on strategy and tactical execution pull-throughExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills15 – 20% TravelWhat We Offer
