Our interdisciplinary team has experience across ML, physics, policy, business and product.Responsibilities:Develop and execute communications strategies to elevate Anthropic's brand and effectively communicate our ongoing business momentumCraft messaging and talking points for major company announcements and milestonesBuild strong relationships with journalists and relevant influencersOversee production of company blog posts, videos, and other communications collateralOversee executive interviews and speaking engagementsYou may be a good fit if you:Have 10+ years of experience working in corporate communications, ideally at a high growth technology companyAre excellent at media relations, financial communications and issues managementAre a superb written and verbal communicatorHave a strong track record of translating complex technical language into compelling messagingEnjoy working cross-functionally with a range of technical and non-technical teamsAre excited to translate insights about AI for broader audiences, ranging from investors to the general publicAre results-oriented, with a bias towards flexibility and impactCare about ensuring that transformative AI systems are developed safelySample projects:Lead the communications planning and execution of major company announcementsManage fast moving inbound press enquiries on complex issuesIdentify strategic initiatives to push on in partnership with our business and product teamsAnnual Salary (USD)The expected salary range for this position is $240k-$300k USD.We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. We are committed to pay fairness and aim for these three elements collectively to be highly competitive with market rates.Equity - On top of this position's salary (listed above), equity will be a major component of the total compensation.
