Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.We're looking for a passionate senior designer to join the fast growing team at MediaKits. Working with a cross-functional team, you'll lead and own product features to help evolve and drive impact for MediaKits. This person must be knowledgeable and passionate about social media and the creator economy.Responsibilities:Work with cross functional teams including product managers, researchers, UX writers, and engineers to contribute to high-level strategic decisions, envision and execute impactful product experiences globallyLead large scale projects from 0-1, managing uncertainty and ambiguity, ensuring we're shipping meaningful and quality experiencesLead design workshops and sprints with cross-functional teams to explore innovative solutions for problems and opportunities identified through research and dataProvide multiple solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints for any given projectCreate end-to-end user flows, both low and high fidelity, and prototypes as neededRegularly give and receive feedback on designs and strategic product decisionsReview product releases qualitatively and through data, pre and post launch to ensure high quality experiences are reaching hundreds of thousands MediaKits usersPresent key learnings within team and larger xfn groupsExplore new design tools and contribute to team process and documentationInfluence and guide team as positive role modelQualifications/Requirements:We’re looking for someone who is driven, intelligent, proactive, detail-oriented, personable, and who can multitask on several projects.7+ years designing UX for consumer-facing products across mobile, web, app, preferably in the content creation or consumption spaceMinimum of 5+ years experience designing and shipping desktop/mobile applications & interfacesStrong in visual design, interaction design, and regularly execute prototypes using tools like Principle, Framer, or AE to rapidly test and iterate complex interactions and experiencesStrong leadership skills with ability to think at a high level about product strategyGreat communication skills to be able to articulate your concepts, vision and decision-makingExperience working with multiple stakeholders across the orgAbility to rapidly iterate and produce multiple conceptsExperience with a/b testing and a data driven practiceFamiliar with development methods and able to effectively balance implementation of cost and plan benefitsResults oriented and resilient.
