The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, relevance, and compliance of grant proposals, ultimately contributing to the advancement of medical education and patient care.HematologyOncologyGCP: 1 year (Preferred)Salesforce: 2 years (Required)Writing skills: 6 years (Required)Work Schedule : Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. However, the employee may be required to work on weekends when there is a conference or another event taking place during the weekend.On-site Role : This is an on-site position based in Bellevue, WA. Lead the drafting and preparation of grant proposals for CME programs, focusing primarily on hematology and oncology therapeutic areas.Ensure all grant proposals meet clinical appropriateness standards and comply with ACCME regulations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather essential information for proposal development, including timelines, clinical focus, educational strategies, and outcome assessment plans.Conduct needs assessments to identify and substantiate clinical practice or patient education gaps, utilizing internal and external data sources.Utilize in-house templates and resources to craft persuasive proposals that effectively communicate the rationale, instructional design, and value of proposed educational initiatives.Revise draft proposals based on feedback from cross-functional teams to enhance submission quality and increase grant approval success rates.Q

ualificationsBachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, clinical sciences, journalism, technical writing, or English, or equivalent professional experience. Advanced degree in a related medical or scientific field preferred.Minimum of 2 years of writing and editing experience, ideally within medical education, publishing, academia, or medical societies. Grant writing experience for medical education or scientific organizations is highly desired.Background in hematology and oncology preferred.Exceptional editorial skills, particularly in grant/proposal writing and needs assessment development.Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks in a deadline-driven environment, accommodating stakeholders across various time zones.Independent and proactive, with the ability to deliver results with minimal oversight and creatively resolve challenges to maintain project timelines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in computer technology and software, including remote collaboration tools and cloud-based platforms.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.Positive attitude, open to varied tasks.Strong ability to maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Process-driven, with a willingness to refine and adapt to evolving methodologies and tools.Preferred SkillsExpertise in integrating data, visuals, and narrative to craft engaging written content.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with basic skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.Familiarity with Salesforce, Monday.com, Google Suite, and Microsoft Teams.Knowledge of AI tools to enhance writing efficiency is a plus.
