This role is a high-profile growth opportunity to develop and execute an account-based-marketing strategy across our digital channels in coordination with a world-class Marketing and Sales team.

As a function of the Commercial team, this role will act as a champion for prospective customers, finding opportunities to engage them through key channels, such as email marketing, and will lean into a user-centric, test-and-learn approach. Skills we’d love to see you show off:

Marketing automation expertise : Experience developing and implementing scalable marketing automation strategies while using dynamic content and data feeds / connected content within HTML email templates.

Technical proficiency:

Experienced with HTML/CSS to customize email templates and in-depth experience working with CRMs like Marketo and Salesforce.

Account based marketing tools : Experience working with ABM tools, like Triblio and DemandBase, and sales engagement tools, like Outreach.

Campaign orchestration : Skilled at creating sophisticated trigger-based campaigns in partnership with Marketing and Sales teams.

A/B testing and data analysis : Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, synthesizing data from diverse sources, and creating reports for key partners.

Communication expertise:

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Cross-functional project management and collaboration:

Able to motivate, engage and work effectively across a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality results on time.

Who you are:

Your professional journey includes 3+ years experience in a Lifecycle Marketing, Email Marketing or Marketing Operations role for a B2B brand.

Strategically minded, you have strong analytical skills with a passion for A/B testing and experience creating reports for key partners.

Your technical experience includes in-depth experience working with CRMs like Marketo and Salesforce and proven success working with ABM tools, like Triblio and DemandBase, and sales engagement tools, like Outreach.

You are experienced with HTML/CSS to customize email templates and engage audiences. You have successfully developed sophisticated trigger-based campaigns in partnership with Marketing and Sales teams.

You have a proven track record of leading and implementing scalable marketing automation strategies while using dynamic content and data feeds / connected content within HTML email templates.

Highly motivated, you are excellent at taking initiative, identifying trends, solving problems, and turning challenges into opportunities. You manage multiple projects with precision, keeping them on track and delivered on time.

How you will make impact:

Own the management of our Martech stack, including Marketo and Triblio, while partnering with Sales Operations and other stakeholders on ongoing integration and database management.

Build targeted and segmented marketing campaigns with an experimentation mindset to drive, test, learn and optimize. Continuously conduct A/B testing across all email marketing.

Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email while supporting additional channel initiatives (landing page deployment, webinars, paid media, Sales outreach sequences).

Work closely with a multi-functional deal team (including Sellers and Business Development Representatives) to strategize and execute effective ways to engage key target accounts.

Establish closed-loop analytics along with Marketing and Sales Operations to understand the metrics at which our marketing activity engages target prospects, turning them into customers, and continually refine our process to convert prospects and engage customers.

Train and upskill the Commercial team, develop governance and use best practices to ensure successful delivery of email marketing campaigns.
