Mission

Drive unparalleled marketing performance for the Product Stewardship product line

Scope

Responsible for product line performance – pipeline volume, revenue growth – from upstream (product launch milestones) to downstream (daily marketing execution)

Responsibilities

OWN the annual marketing plan tied to business objectives for the product line

Develop marketing strategy based on an understanding of the customer, marketplace, and competitive environment, including positioning, value proposition, and target personas.

Develop and manage product launch plans, including the cross-functional implementation of product training (internal and external), new feature sales tools, and documentation.

Identify opportunities for lead generation and create marketing collateral, including client stories, data sheets, selling tools, FAQs, etc.

Recommend channel strategy to secure adequate lead funnel to achieve business results.

Craft product USPs tailored to market conditions and customer needs.

LEAD marketing execution

Successfully execute integrated, multi-channel marketing plans for programs focusing on awareness building, lead generation, and conversion across lead touchpoints from online and offline advertising, website, social, email marketing, and more.

Develop messaging for product value proposition and deliver sales and marketing materials, including sales presentations, sell sheets, proposal templates, and ROI models that differentiate products in the market.

Support sales enablement needs for pre-sales and close the business activities, including demo and pitch support, RFP/Proposals, and strategic sales strategy.

Ensure consistency of the overall product line objectives and the individual solution families.

OPTIMIZE annual marketing return on investment

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate marketing performance across multiple channels measuring the efficacy of tactics and quickly pivoting toward high-performance opportunities.

Conduct monthly reviews and cause analysis on lead generation trends, competitors' actions, pipeline health, and sales velocity.

Lead marketing readout in monthly GTM review meeting.

Nimbly react to changing market dynamics by constantly deploying countermeasures that satisfy the internal /external stakeholders to ensure the expected revenue.

Evaluate the return of each marketing campaign. Review and proactively re-allocate marketing budget among assigned products to achieve revenue and pipeline growth.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field is required.10+ years of well-rounded marketing and strategy experience, with a demonstrated focus on digital, analytical marketing, content development, and/or product marketing.2+ years managing direct reports

Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities.)

A mixture of product, digital, lifecycle, loyalty, and/or omnichannel marketing experience.High degree of data-savviness – able to craft narratives, back them up using data, and size new market opportunities.Experience in channels that are critical to a successful content strategy, including but not limited to video, email, affiliate, SEO, and third-party publisher partnerships.A creative spirit, sound judgment, an innate curiosity, a willingness to craft structure from ambiguity, and a keen understanding of the role data plays in content marketing.Experience in leading project teams in a matrixed environment, communicating across functional groups, including working with creative, analytics, and digital.Expert-level communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to engage the enterprise across multiple specializations with analytically backed, compelling stories.Significant experience managing cross-functional partners.Highly organized with experience managing against timelines.Experience with consumer lead generation and conversion activities.
