Job Description
This Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
Overseeing scheduling, budgets, documentation, etc. of project from beginning to endAbility to lead a team by providing intentional and proactive leadership within the safety culture on siteOversee the management of successful construction projectsPreparing reports on construction progress and cost for clientsBe client-facing and maintain the client relationshipNegotiate, award, and administer all subcontractors, purchase orders, and change orders on construction projectsTravel to job site 1-2 days a week

The Successful Applicant

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields preferredGround-up project experienceExperience in running large, complex, ground-up projectsExperience in overseeing projects from inception to completionExperience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiationsProficient in software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
