Job Description
  • Strategic and structural tasks
  • Responsible for formulating, developing, and implementing comprehensive and country- or branch-specific marketing and communication concepts in cooperation with regional sales and in coordination with the company strategy
  • Coordinating marketing measures based on the overall strategy.
  • Continuously evaluating and optimizing marketing measures implemented Marketing and positioning
  • Contribute to the administrative tasks of the Product Marketing team
  • Support the Project Directors in communication topics
  • Responsible for development and implementation of allocated marketing measures - Take over responsibility for allocated product marketing projects e.g., product launches, campaigns etc.
  • Stakeholder orientation - Contribute to product- and project-specific intranet pages and product focused subpages of the group website
  • Contribute to exhibitions and congresses - Keep the content of product and project related marketing material up to date and take care of the inventory
Qualifications
  • Training in communications and marketing
  • Strong market and product knowhow of the renewable energy, Greentech or the will to deep dive into the topics
  • Experience in project management
  • Expertise in state-of-the-art marketing and communication measures and the respective channels - Has experience in the application of various marketing methods and in solving complex problems
  • Repertoire of conceptual as well as research and analysis techniques
  • Interview/conversation management techniques to receive the information needed on an appropriate level
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • English native language. Any other language skills are considered an advantage
  • High degree of flexibility when it comes to adapting to new circumstances in a brief period of time
  • Team-oriented person who can liaise with diverse teams in a collaborative, supportive manner
  • Ability to independently prioritize, manage a varied workload, and meet deadlines
  • Self-reflected character willing to continuously learn and professionally improve their skillset

Physical Demands:
