Heres what youll be doing:

• Creating go-to-market strategies for delivery systems and campaign launches demonstrated by being the point person for creating and communicating all materials & timeliness to support Marketing, Sales and Training & Education initiatives globally.

• Driving a product category and managing multiple new product launches and timelines at various stages.

• Working with the product and creative teams to develop 360 campaigns, compelling positioning, messaging, and downstream marketing assets.

• Managing multiple programs, timelines, and priorities by being strategic and hands-on as needed.

• Evaluating data to optimize and maximize business KPIs and program outcomes.

Heres what youll bring to this role:

• 3-5 years of experience successfully launching products end-to-end and proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment (delivery systems and devices experience for the beauty industry are a plus).

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or related business field.

• 3-5 years experience developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.

• Metrics driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.

• Strong project/program management skills.
