Position Summary

The Product Marketing and Delivery Manager position has a direct impact on a fast-growing product in a high-growth market. Incumbent is responsible for organize the best positioning and packaging and subsequent execution and launch of new features and products. This is a key position that takes the lead on and coordinates launch readiness and ensures a high-quality experience for users and stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities

  • Researches the competitive landscape and defines buyer personas to determine the most effective way to market our product

  • Creates launch plans and coordinates cross-functional activities required to bring new customer experiences to market

  • Crafts positioning and messaging to make sure that products and features (new and existing) are presented in a consistent way that resonates with target buyers

  • Leads the decision-making checklist with key stakeholders for product and/or feature launch and documents procedural guidelines for successful delivery and enablement

  • Maintains the externally-facing roadmap for our product on a quarterly basis

  • Produces release notes for internal consumption following each release, or on a bi-weekly basis

  • Identifies and reports on trends that affect the quality of releasing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.

  • Takes the lead on all other job-related duties as necessary to take our developed product and package, distribute and enable it for adoption.

  • Serves as a culture champion of Kaleidoscope Group PBC, and works in accordance with Company policies and values

  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma and minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience in product marketing and/or bringing a SaaS software product to market

  • Clear understanding of revenue projections, business metrics and planning

  • Knowledge of/or experience in demand generation, social media, digital marketing, storytelling, influencer marketing

  • Demonstrated experience in agile methodologies and best practices, including working with related tools (Jira, Confluence, and similar)

  • Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently

  • Ability to mitigate risks and challenges using problem-solving and data analysis skills

  • Experience in creating launch plans

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and achieve professional goals, and achieve timely follow-through on commitments

  • Possesses a demonstrated growth mindset; approach challenges as opportunities to improve and grow both self and Company

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in written and verbal forms

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
