What You'll Do:
Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
Lead the development of scheduling and resource planning
Build and manage workflows to streamline and enhance efficiency
Conduct daily task reviews
Monitor project progress, continuously tracking and updating action items to ensure documentation is complete and current
Provide support to teams when challenges arise
Lead project meetings and communicate progress
Develop and present projects status reports to all participants and keep leadership informed of progress and challenges
Manage the feedback and revision process to ensure quality is upheld and projects remain in scope and completed on time
Mentor Project Coordinator
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business required
Five (5) years of experience in marketing operations required
Three (3) years of experience in a marketing project management position required
Project Management Certification preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Advanced knowledge of Asana or similar project management software required
