In this high visibility role, you will work cross-functionally to grow Nitro by developing and implementing innovative approaches to acquire and retain customers, leveraging owned & paid marketing channels. You will also lead our lifecycle marketing efforts, working with a talented team of experts to build and scale CRM programs across email, in-app, and push. You will report to our Director of Product Marketing.What you will doLead core product marketing efforts for Nitro, including positioning, pricing and packaging, messaging, and branding.Manage the Nitro Growth Marketing team to drive revenue growth through scaled full funnel acquisition and retention programs, in close partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.Help to craft the Nitro growth roadmap, developing the positioning and messaging for new features & experiences, building go-to-market strategies, and owning the success of those launches.Oversee Partner Marketing for Nitro, working closely with Business Development to identify high-potential partnerships and bring them to market.Lead a team of Lifecycle Marketers to oversee the ideation, development, and implementation of cross-channel CRM programs, including the advancement of our MarTech stack.What you should have9+ years of experience growing and scaling consumer tech products globally4+ experience managing growth product marketing teams, including direct experience on CRM / LifecycleExcel in ambiguous environments - excited about finding solutions to complex problemsExpertise in using qualitative and quantitative data to build products and user storiesAbility to guide cross-functional teams toward decisions and executionBonus PointsProduct development/management or product design experienceExperience with subscription productsAdditional marketing experience in brand, media, or communicationsEntrepreneurial or start-up backgroundSQL knowledgeThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $203,000 to $221,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
