Overview:

The Social Media Marketing Specialist engages with targeted virtual communities and social media network users and is responsible for strategic content development and social media management for Arrow Child & Family Ministries.

Min:

USD $60,000.00/Yr.

Max:

USD $65,000.00/Yr.

Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

  • Oversee multiple social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and others) and identify new platforms to grow our target audience.
  • Assist Marketing Director in Marketing Campaigns involving community outreach & social media strategies.
  • Creating and curating written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with Arrows voice and marketing goals.
  • Developing engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Manage, develop, and oversee social media strategy, content, and calendar (daily/weekly).
  • Responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Find and engage new potential influencers and collaborations.
  • Creating and managing social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Generate monthly statistical reports with social analytics and trends to track growth.
  • Measure traffic and monitor SEO, specifically related to social media conversions.
  • Report on online reviews and feedback.
  • Increase social media following.
  • Manage content scheduling and understand metric-tracking programs.
  • Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards.
  • May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and have a minimum of 3 years experience in social media, digital marketing and reporting on key performance metrics for social campaigns, including paid and organic content. Experience with photography, videography, digital asset production, etc. Prior work experience with social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and graphic design.
