Marketing Events Coordinator

The Marketing Events Coordinator leads the marketing department in all community events and programs. This Includes but not limited to football tailgating events, golf tournaments, charity events, concerts, parades, festivals, fairs, etc.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all aspects of events to include physical setup and take down of equipment such as draught trailers, stages, tents, tables, bins, banners, etc.
• Attending events and providing management with event recaps
• Delivery of product to events and collecting payment
• Maintains communication and relationships with organizations we sponsor and community organizers
• Maintains the upkeep, cleanliness, and inventory of various types of marketing equipment and supplies such as trailers, tents, bins, banner, and POS materials
• Works with admin to ensure all licensing documents are submitted and accounts are setup properly
• Maintain accurate accounting of products and packages sold by the company as well as ATC laws that regulate the sale of beer at events

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must have ability to safely tow and back a trailer
• Ability to lift, pull, pull, carry heavy objects weighing up to 100+ lbs.
• Must have flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Ability to safely operate various types of hand tools, dolly, hand truck, pallet jack, forklift, etc.
