Creative Director (Temp To Hire)

Instrument, Young America, MN

Instrument is a digital product and brand experience agency of more than 400 talented people on a dozen different teams, each focused on particular clients and dedicated to producing best-in-class work. You love to solve complex problems through design, but you're equally passionate about cultivating, guiding and inspiring your team to create a collaborative environment of experimentation and innovation.

In the immediate, we will need support across the two of our large clients. One is a global technology company and the other a big is in the cloud computing space. These projects are in need of leadership support to gain trust and problem solve at the account level, design support in the work for internal internal contributors, and to grow business within these two clients. This Creative Director should be a strong leader with significant experience in concept creation and UX thinking
