Job Description.
As an Associate Creative Director at Huge, you are a world class visual design lead who will guide the design process that creates iconic and human-centric digital products and experiences. In this role you will be a visual creative thought leader in the room and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver design and product solutions at a level of excellence our clients seek.
As an Associate Creative Director you can confidently demonstrate high fidelity design experiences and thoughtfully express your approach and philosophy to strategizing design solutions, concepting and execution while maintaining quality assurance.

The salary range for this position is as listed below. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate's depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.

As an Associate Creative Director you can confidently demonstrate high fidelity design experiences and thoughtfully express your approach and philosophy to strategizing design solutions, concepting and execution while maintaining quality assurance.
What will you do?
- Execute and oversee design processes ensuring collective workstream collaboration and progress under the creative direction set forth.
- Mentor and develop creative team members, sharing passion for the craft and perseverance to push through challenges, and strive for design excellence.
- Support setting and executing deliverables under the creative direction for workstreams, ensuring alignment with clients' brand guidelines and objectives.
- Act as a layer of governance of high standards of design excellence and quality control across all projects you touch.
- Regularly review and receive feedback on design deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress and timelines, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- 6+ years of experience in a senior creative design role, preferably within a digital design agency.
- Masterful understanding of UI/UX design principles for generative AI products.
- Ability to align design goals with business objectives and drive the design strategy forward.
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design solutions and client work.
- Willingness to take calculated risks to achieve groundbreaking design solutions.
- Innate curiosity and interest in design trends and emerging technologies.
- Narrationskills: ability to tell compelling stories through design that resonate with users and stakeholders.
- Presentation skills: effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to internal and external audiences.
- Exude a passion for ideas, and storytelling, namely, making work that strives to deliver an impact and foster meaningful connections with the user through your creations.
