Job Description
Responsibilities :
Provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Operations Manager, Sales Team and the IPVideo Division as a whole.
Accurate Order Processing - expediting when necessary
Responding to Distribution Requests for Status Updates
Compiling Weekly and Monthly Reports - Sales, Internal, External
Maintaining Accurate CRM Details related to the role
Documenting of processes and workflows
Provide Clerical and Organizational Support as needed and where directed
Ensuring Sales Process Adaptation
Work with Various Departments and Managers to ensure cohesive positive customer experience
Assisting with timely delivery and quality of support solutions daily.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Ability to rapidly learn industry-specific models and procedures.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent proactive problem solving skills.
High energy level and a proven ability to be proactive in learning.
Must be able to work independently and as a team-member within a multi-department organization.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects in a busy environment accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of attention to detail, balancing and satisfying competing deadlines, maintaining professionalism under pressure and in sensitive and difficult situations.
Requires ability to exercise a high level of discretion and confidentiality (in interactions with both internal and external people) concerning all work-related information.
Ability to maintain detailed records in computerized record keeping systems.
Ability to know when to ask questions and when to take initiative.
Keen attention to detail.
Experience in Salesforce and/or NetSuite a plus.
Strong preference of candidates located in Central Standard Time. Will consider candidates located in Mountain Standard Time and Eastern Standard Time.
Basic Requirements
3+ Years Experience in: Sales order processing, data entry/management
